Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is evident, please be sure to note this on the delivery receipt.
If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking:
1) Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact K.L. Security Enterprises, LLC customer service department immediately.
2) Save all packing materials.
3) Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of the claim being denied.
4) Confirm your conversations with the carrier in writing.
Remember: Time is of the essence. Any delay can result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. Manufacturer and Dealer (K.L. Security Enterprises, LLC) is not responsible for reimbursement of claims refused due to a delay in reporting damage.
Pricing includes freight charges DOCK-TO-DOCK delivery to Washington, D.C. plus the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico ship freight-included to port of exit within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight from that point to final destination is responsibility of purchaser.
Step charges for deliveries of files and cabinets to non-union locations are broken down into increments as follows:

All deliveries are Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM, "DOCK TO DOCK" which means driver will deliver to you or your customer's location, but will not remove merchandise from the truck, nor change its placement in the bed of the truck. Inside or residential delivery, liftgate services, special time-stop, and floor protection services are available at an additional cost. Please call customer service for accurate pricing.
1) Failure to provide correct delivery information at the time of order will result in additional cost.
2) Attempt delivery fee will be charged when applicable.
3) Inside delivery does not include moving furniture to place the product, or leveling of the product.
4) Vault and File Room Doors are scheduled for DOCK TO DOCK delivery only. Unloading services are available at additional cost.
FACTORY SECONDS (2nd's) DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Please be advised that all products classified as factory seconds are classified as such due to cosmetic defects only. All of the units are in good working condition and will perform as a record protection container as indicated by the UL rating.
All factory seconds are sold “AS IS.” Once product has shipped from our facility, it will be considered a final sale and will therefore be non-returnable.
Certain Schwab products carry a lifetime limited replacement warranty or a lifetime parts replacement warranty.

FILE CABINET AND SAFE RETURN POLICY:
It is required that all returned file cabinets and safes (other than items damaged during transit and delivery ) incur a 25% restocking fee as well as return shipping charges be paid by the customer.
IOSAFE PRODUCT RETURNS:
RETURN POLICY. All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt, or if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. A restocking fee may be applied equal to 25% of the purchase price will be charged on any item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 25% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
RETURNS PROCEDURE. To return an item, contact Customer Service Toll Free 1-866-867-0306 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
